Who are we?
Place for You and Dee Park are part of Care and Repair North East Wales’ ambitious program to regenerate the former Tata Steel Sports and Social Club into a thriving community resource. We are a Community Benefit Society with charitable status.
Our committed independent management board and dedicated team, are working to improve the area to provide a safe and biodiverse environment for the local community to connect, play sport, relax and enjoy enhancing their well-being.
A community focused vision
Our vision is to develop the land and buildings for good, acting as a catalyst to create a better life for everyone. To achieve this we work with partners to provide training, sports facilities, activities, enterprise support, as well as access to the environment and green spaces.
We believe that we can build a stronger community that has greater opportunities alongside a thriving local economy.
