Whether you come by rail, bus, bike, foot, or car, getting here is easy. Close to the train station, right on the Wales Coast Path and the National Cycle Network. Just a short walk from the main road and the town of Shotton, Place for You is accessible to everyone.
Who are we?
Place for You is part of Care and Repair North East Wales, a Community Benefit Society with charitable status. It is a community-focused initiative which includes Dee Park Community Woodland, formal gardens and sports pitches enjoyed by several local football and archery clubs. Bringing people together through nature, wellbeing, and shared experiences, it reflects our commitment to creating a welcoming space for everyone, where community and environment thrive side by side.
